Science 7: Today we finished reviewing the information on our Topic 1 sheets. We talked a bit about the activity we have planned tomorrow - Creative Creature. Students can think about the things they want to include in their creature creation. We'll spend the class working on this tomorrow - it'll be due on Thursday.
We started a new sheet about Symbiotic Relationships. This sheet is due tomorrow - we'll go over it briefly before we start the Creatures.
Science 8: Today we had a homework check on the sheet from yesterday "Classifying Pures Substances and Mixtures". We spent the rest of the class doing an activity that looks at the composition of different substances and how we would classify them - Inspector's Corner. We went over the classifications at the end of class. No homework tonight. Make sure you bring your textbook to class tomorrow.
