Welcome Back to my Blog!
We had a few glitches, but we seem to have dealt with the issues at hand. As it stands we will continue using this blog site (unless, of course, something else comes up)!
Science 7: Today we looked at the differences between mass and weight (so don't be surprised if your child tells you the proper usage of the terms now). Tomorrow we will continue on with what we were working on today. No homework for tonight, except to start preparing to build your Famous Structure and do some research for it.
Science 8: Today we spent the class in review of Topics 1-3 in the Cells & Systems Unit. We will be having a quiz tomorrow on the information. Don't forget to keep working on your Cell Model Project - it's due on Monday!
Notice to Parents: We will be handing out interim reports next Friday (October 19th). Parent Teacher Interviews will be scheduled for the following week, so please make sure that you book promptly to ensure a spot with all the teachers!
